Saint Vincent de Paul Helpline
Saint Vincent de Paul Helpline provides
financial assistance at the
St. Paschal Baylon Parish Center by appointment only.
We will assist anyone in need living in Thousand Oaks,
Westlake and Newbury Park zip codes 91359,
91360, 91361, 91362,and 91320.
We rely on donations, of food and monetary
gifts from our church parishioners and online friends.
Our ability to assist is dependent upon our available
resources. We can assist you with food, utility
bills if you have received a shutoff notice,
rental assistance,clothing vouchers, and auto
registration and repairs. We can also provide
referrals to other service agencies.

with your name, phone number, and the type
of help you are asking for. You can also email us at:

One of our volunteers will contact you within a few days.
Food Assistance:
We are providing free food at our drive-through
food distribution, every Saturday between 9 am
and 10:30 am in our parking lot, 155 E Janss Road,
Thousand Oaks
We serve anyone living in Ventura County.
